The Concept
Gypsy Manor offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience with a rotating menu of small tapas-style plates designed for sharing. Each dish is created with locally sourced ingredients to support San Pedro.
Order 1 for a light bite, 2 for a satisfying meal, or 3+ to share and sample the flavors of the manor.
Mashed Balls – 24 BZ
Three Mashed Potato balls stuffed with sharp white Cheddar Bacon Bits, lightly fried in a Panko coating with a Cilantro, parmesan Cream dipping sauce.
Pear & Brie Bruschetta – 26 BZ
Pear Brie Bruschetta: 3 to an order, Caramelized Sliced pears in buster touch of sugar placed stop sliced Brie cheese on a custom locally made baguette slice lightly toasted, Sweet and Savory.
Birria Pork Sliders – 30 BZ
Three sliders with slow-cooked pork in birria-style gravy, creamy purple slaw, and fried plantain tostado on custom slider buns.
Lil’ Noodle Bowl – Veg 22 BZ - Chicken 30 BZ - Shrimp 32 BZ
A “deconstructed spring roll” with tiny glass noodles, shaved carrots, onions, green peppers. Light ginger soy with sweet and hot sauce.
Zucchini Coins – 20 BZ
Fresh zucchini sliced into medallions, lightly fried in herbed panko and topped with a plum tomato marinara, sharp white cheddar & crispy dehydrated basil.
Grilled Watermelon “Steak” – 28 BZ
The "Filet mignon" of fruit, watermelon, grilled with balsamic reduction, topped in crumbled Queso, dehydrated basil and mint surrounded in a broccoli cream to dip.....so refreshing!
Italian “Sushi” – 38 BZ
Four pieces, a spin on the tradition for those charcuterie lovers, Prosciutto (aged, thinly sliced ham) wrapped around mozzarella, herbed cream cheese, anigula, sundried tomato, crushed walnut and grape! Cut into "sushi" style rolls Served with a drizzle of balsamic! Why not?!
Peanut Cucumber Asian Salad – 23 BZ
Cucumber Slices tossed in Crunchy peanut Butter, ginger Soy Sauce, ganic & sesame oil with sesame seeds.
Birria Pork Sliders

Sliced & shaved jalapeno, red onions, tomato, cucumber, mint, lime and mango, spicy and a touch of sweet, you can ask for mild though! Garnished with green olives and mint. Served with deep fried crispy thin Plantain Chips! Choice of Shrimp or Conch when in Season! Definitely original!

Four crispy mashed green plantain "baskets" filled with a cajun shrimp with a touch of cream, with a side of beurre blanc Butter cream sauce in shrimp tail reduction! Party in your mouth!

Four jalapeno Poppers! stuffed with cream cheese lightly breaded in herbed panko, wrapped in local bacon & served with spicy pineapple or creamy cilantro sauce .

Two kabob style skewers with either chicken, Shimp, or combo, grilled with onions, tomato sbell puppews basted in olive oil & served with italian seasoned butter sauce.

A medium Spiced Red Sauce infused wl fresh Basil, roasted garlic and onions with local ground beef atop linguine noodles w/ garlic toast and parmesan.
Cashew Pesto Pasta – Chicken 38 BZ - Shrimp 43 BZ
House-made pesto with basil, olive oil, and cashews. Served with linguine and grilled chicken.
Tapenade Threesome – 33 BZ
Three very different spreads to try on toastettes! Baba Ganoush (roasted garlic 3 eggplant), Black olives garlic, roasted beet? chocolate hazelnut made with. chocolate from Belize!
Walnut & Sundried Tomato Tostadas – 30 BZ
(3) Walnuts sundried tomatoes crumble atop corn tostadas with shaved Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chipotle mayo & broccoli puree.
Blueberry & Brie Mini Quesadillas – 23 BZ
Sweet and Savory, flour tortilla trianges with grilled brie, topped in a blueberry reduction.
